By visiting this site, creating an account, or joining the Binary Growth Plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Income Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not register or use member services.
“We”, “foundation”, and “TGISF” mean The Green International Social Foundation. “You” means a visitor or member.
02Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your country of residence. Membership is intended for adults. You confirm that information you submit (name, sponsor ID, contact details) is accurate.
03Account & access
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person should not operate multiple memberships to manipulate the binary tree.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
04Binary Growth Plan
The plan uses Left and Right placement, volume (BV), matching, and rank parameters shown on this website. Those figures are plan settings, not promises. Rewards depend on your activity, your team’s activity, and the current published plan document.
You must not misrepresent earnings, ranks, or foundation impact when inviting others. Any promotional claims must match official materials.
05Member conduct
- Do not spam, harass, or use deceptive sponsor or placement practices.
- Do not use the foundation’s name to sell unrelated products without written permission.
- Follow applicable laws on direct selling, tax, and advertising in your location.
06Website & content
Logos, copy, plan graphics, and layout on this site belong to the foundation or its licensors. You may share public pages with credit; you may not copy the plan as if it were your own programme.
07Ending membership
You may stop participating at any time by contacting support. We may end or limit membership for serious or repeated breaches. Accrued plan benefits, if any, are handled only as described in the then-current plan document.
08Governing law & changes
These terms are intended to be read under the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer rights where you live. We may update these terms; the “Effective” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
